I love Charlotte, let me count the ways...

There are many reasons that I love Charlotte and as you know I am not afraid to share them.

Charlotte tops lists across the country
Over the last month, Charlotte has shown up in the top ten of some of the country's most prestigious lists. Here's a sample:

Charlotte's uptown has the lowest office vacancy rate in the country...CBRE says we are at 1.2%. The next lowest is Manhattan with 5.0%. Atlanta has 20.5%.
